SAILING BASICS INSTRUCTORS NEEDED
OWSA’s 2021 SAILING BASICS 5-WEEK COURSE is off and running with a full class of eager students, three instructors and two guppies. The stars of the show are 10 wonderful new model boats equipped with functioning rigging and sails made of the real thing from our friends at North Sails. Thank you crafty volunteers!!
Next up (3/31, 4/1, 4/3) is our first COOL MANEUVERS Course, always popular for its hands on practical approach to boat handling and docking. Our instructor is ready to go for two classroom (virtual) meetings and one class on board out on the river. Prerequisite: Sailing Basics, enrolled in BOAST program, or instructor’s approval. Check the calendar for times: owsa.net
